Before making begins

The gift shelf shows starting prices in rupees. Your written quote sets out the piece, materials, personalisation, total price, payment terms and expected date. Sending an enquiry leaves you free to decide. Check spellings, photo choices and dates before approving your order.

Privacy policy

What travels with your enquiry

We use your name, email, gift details and any references you choose to send to reply, prepare a quote and make your order. Your city and postcode help us check delivery. The enquiry form is designed to use Formspree to pass your message to the studio.

To ask what information we hold, correct a detail, request deletion or withdraw permission for optional use, reply to your studio email. Some payment or order records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Photos & artwork

Your memories stay yours

Please send photos and artwork you own or have permission to use. Share only the images needed for the piece. We use them to design, print and assemble your gift. Showing a finished piece with identifiable photos in our portfolio requires separate permission.

Changes, returns & refunds

If plans change

Reply to your order email as soon as you need a change or cancellation. What can be changed depends on whether materials have been bought or personalised work has begun. Check the cancellation and refund arrangements in your quote before approving it.

If a piece arrives damaged, is incorrect or differs from what you approved, tell the studio what happened. A photo can help us assess it. We’ll discuss the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain available.

Collection & delivery

The handover

Collection is encouraged for delicate pieces. Arrange a handover with the studio before travelling. If you need delivery, share your city, postcode and occasion date so we can confirm availability, timing and any separate charge before you order.
